True love. Second chances. An intimate wedding with thoughtful details and a blue wedding dress | Cedars of Lebanon, TN wedding photographer - Darien Photography
When you marry, be you, do what you want, and don’t do what you don’t want | When the priority is the marriage and for the photographer to capture the feel of the day, I am a happy camper! —There is nothing more I enjoy than to be the witness of those unscripted moments of your wedding day! | Darien Photography — intimate weddings photographer
These two don't aspire to "happily ever after" as the end to this story, they anticipate the plot twists and turns, the character development and subtle interesting story arcs. They imagine the color, the score and the impact that the choice to marry will have on the rest of their lives. They trust in their easy compatibility and respect the differences that will encourage their growth, expansion and evolution. They are so happy to have found a love so full, so deep and so freely offered that it overflows and fills the hearts of those nearby. And they love that you will be present to witness it.
From Elizabeth and Jonathan’s wedding story
I am so pleased to share with you the wedding of Elizabeth and Jonathan.
“We're most excited about having all of the people we love present to witness the celebration of our becoming a family. The details of the ceremony are personal and intimate. The girls are singing as I walk down the aisle with my Dad (!!), our dear friend Mack Linebaugh is also singing during the ceremony.” Bride
The wedding invite was designed by the bride and groom's pre-teen kids. Friends and family were there to offer their gifts and talents:
The officiant, a dear bride’s friend, flew from California to marry them.
The wedding bouquets, blooms and church decor were provided by another good friend of the bride.
The bride's grandmother made rice holding roses for the bride and groom, and baked chocolate cakes (the most delicious wedding cake I’ve ever tasted)
The tables were set with the bride's grandmother’s china and flower vases borrowed from friends and family. Magnolia wreaths for the main entrance and candles on vintage candlestick holders and lanterns as simple decor for the ceremony.
The dinner was so relaxed and full of loving words for the bride and groom, ending with the bride and groom serving cake, pie and ice cream to their guests.
