As a Nashville wedding and family photographer, I get the privilege to photograph people at so many beautiful places in Music City and surrounding areas. My photography style is true to color, natural and joyful. I find people’s best angles while capturing their personalities, during fun sessions at beautiful locations around Nashville, as well as offering studio sessions with artful backdrops. I love black and white images, so you may see one or two in your collection of images.
Photo sessions with Darien photography are effortless, refined, fun, and available year-round. Fall Mini Sessions are very popular and sell out fast, so it’s a good idea to be in the waitlist if you want to grab a spot before they are open for booking to the general public. INVESTMENT for Mini Sessions
Price depends on the amount of images you want to download from your online gallery. I usually include more than 30 images. You can always buy more once you see the images, but you save time and money if you get them ALL now vs paying Reg. price per image later ($35 ea).

LOCATIONS
MINI SESSIONS usually happen at a location the photographer chooses in advance, with short time slots back to back. But this year I am trying something different: a customized experience with more value, a more relaxed pace with up to 30 minutes per session, and offering the same curated list of locations I typically share with my clients who book full sessions. You’ll see the full list once you select the date/time, there are a couple questions there too that will help me help you find the location that suits your needs and the vibe you are looking for.
CLASSIC & LIFESTYLE LOCATIONS
You will have the chance to select your preferred location from a list Darien will share with you. Some favorite locations include: Vanderbilt Peabody Campus, Marcella Vivrette Smith Park, Harlinsdale Farm, Percy Warner Park, Bicentennial Mall and Legislative Plaza. I will guide you to the best option if you need help after booking. Even your own home is a great location, click here to see an example of a session I did for a family at their home. I brought a backdrop for some portraits, took some photos indoors, and also went for a walk around the neighborhood.
WHO ARE THESE PHOTO SESSIONS BEST FOR?
MINIS: Best for individuals, couples or families looking to update a photo for the holidays or just for fun.
CLASSIC: Best for a family or couple who is looking to book a session that has a more relaxed pace than a mini. Or when they want to select their favorite location or have their session in the comfort of their own home. Great for milestones, birthdays, for a fun memorable date.
LIFESTYLE: Great option for High School seniors, wedding anniversaries, extended families, or a special family activity you want to document. These photo sessions can have more than one location and change of wardrobe. Scroll down to find the schedule with available dates to book now.
